This notice explains what personal data the Named Principal readiness assessment collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. It is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).
This site is operated by Aseem Mohan as an individual, based in Singapore. I am the data controller for anything collected here. Contact: reports@namedprincipal.com.
Only if you choose to request the report at the end of the assessment:
Your individual answers are not stored. They are transmitted once, used to generate your report, and discarded. Only the four items above are retained. No agent names, system names, vendor names or architecture details ever leave your device, because the assessment never asks for them.
If you complete the assessment without requesting the report, nothing is collected at all.
If you submit a pilot enquiry, the same principle applies to what you choose to enter: name, email, organisation, role, and anything you write in the message field — used to respond to your enquiry, nothing more.
By submitting a form you consent to these uses. Aggregate analysis uses grouped figures only and never identifies an individual or an organisation.
Submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the Southeast Asia (Singapore) region. The site is served by Vercel, which operates a global content network, so page requests may be handled outside Singapore. Report and pilot-enquiry emails are delivered by Resend, which processes the message in transit. Aggregate, anonymous page-view analytics are processed by Vercel Analytics — see "Cookies and tracking" below for what that does and doesn't involve.
24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, it is deleted sooner.
Under the PDPA you may ask me to:
Email reports@namedprincipal.com and I will respond within 30 days. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
This site uses Vercel Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited and roughly how much traffic the site gets. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an individual profile of you — it counts page views, not people. No advertising, retargeting, or third-party tracking scripts run on this site, and links in report or confirmation emails are not click-tracked. There is nothing to opt out of here, because nothing collected identifies you specifically.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and written through a server-side endpoint. The database has row-level security enabled with no public access policies, so records cannot be read from a browser. No payment information is collected at any point.
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Substantive changes affecting how existing data is used will be notified to anyone affected.
